(hereinafter, also "Bcame s.r.l."), as the owner of the processing of personal data of users/visitors (hereinafter, the "Users") who consult the website www.viewide.it (hereinafter, the "Site"), invites you to take note of this information notice pursuant to Article 13 of EU Reg. no. 679/2016 (hereinafter, "GDPR") on the processing of your personal data, bearing moreover important information on how the aforementioned site is managed, in accordance with the regulations in force and as better specified below.
This information is made exclusively for the website "www.viewide.it"
1. OBJECT OF PROCESSING
The Data Controller will process the personal identification data (by way of example only: name, surname, address, telephone number, Email, etc. hereinafter also "Data") freely communicated by you during access (e.g., through newsletters, information request, consulting request, etc.) of Bcame s.r.l. products and/or in any case of products directly and/or indirectly referable to the latter, or even those data provided by you in order to take advantage of specific services offered by the Site, in addition to those (browsing data) normally accessible by the Data Controller through the computer systems and software procedures in charge of the operation of the site. In the latter case, we refer to those personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes, ex multis, the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.
2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Your Data will be processed lawfully and fairly for the purposes described below.
A.As fornavigation data: (a)to allow the Data Controller to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to monitor its proper functioning;(b)for security reasons (spam filters, firewalls and virus detection), in order to block attempts to damage the site itself or cause damage to users, and in any case to prevent harmful or criminal activities; c)perform any other function necessary or instrumental to the operation of the site, including the installation of technical cookies to improve the functionality of the site for which please refer to the Cookie Policyd)allow the Owner to fulfill legal, accounting, tax, administrative and contractual obligations related to the management of the site and the provision of services requested, as well as the proper management of relations with authorities, supervisory bodies and third party public entities for purposes related to particular requests, the fulfillment of legal obligations or other procedures.
B.As for the data voluntarily provided by the user: to allow the Owner to perform any activity related (even preliminary) to the supply of the products requested by the User, including the fulfillment of tax duties (e.g. VAT free, where applicable), administrative - accounting (including, by way of example, billing, historical filings, debt collection - also implemented by factoring, credit insurance, credit assignment -, etc.) and the identification of the consumption characteristics of the professional and/or the client company, fulfilling your request to purchase products through the Site; or fulfill your request to provide other value-added services related to the purchase of the recalled products.
Enable the Holder to prepare measures aimed at protection against credit risk, including activities aimed at identifying the Client and his/her financial reliability. To enable the Owner to fulfill legal, accounting, tax, administrative and contractual obligations related to the provision of the requested services, as well as the proper management of relations with authorities, control bodies and third party public entities for purposes related to particular requests, fulfillment of legal obligations or other procedures. Unless the User gives the Data Controller a specific and optional consent to the processing of his/her data for further purposes, the User's personal data will be used by the Data Controller for theexclusivepurpose of ascertaining the identity of the User (including through validation of the e-mail address), thus avoiding possible fraud or abuse, and contacting the User for service reasons only. The personal data that are necessary for the pursuit of the processing purposes described in this point B. are indicated with an asterisk within the registration form on the Site.
C.Exclusively subject to your free, specific and distinct consent (ex art. 7 GDPR), allow the Data Controller to carry out market research and analysis aimed at detecting the degree of customer satisfaction on the quality and type of services rendered and initiatives relating to the improvement of the services provided, as well as to send you newsletters, advertising material and/or communications and information of a commercial and direct marketing nature on new products offered for sale and new services offered by the Data Controller or by third parties. As well as on related offers, discounts and any other promotional and loyalty initiatives reserved for you. This may be done either through traditional contact systems (paper mail or operator calls), or through the use of automated call or call communication systems without the intervention of an operator, i.e., through e-mail and/or SMS (Short Message Service) type messages, MMS, Internet, social media, and to personalize the customer's experience with us based on their interests and purchasing habits (e.g., targeted communications) and improve our services, in particular through profiling, presentation of similar targeted campaigns by selecting your advertising impressions through our websites. If you do not consent, your ability to register on the Site and/or make product purchases through the Site will not be affected in any way. In case of consent, the User may revoke the same at any time by making a request to the Data Controller in the manner indicated in paragraph 10 below.
The User may also easily object to further sending of promotional communications via Email also by clicking on the appropriate revocation of consent link, which is present in each promotional Email. Upon effecting the revocation of consent, Bcame will send the User an email message confirming that the consent has been revoked. If the User wishes to revoke his or her consent to the sending of promotional communications via telephone, while continuing to receive promotional communications via Email, or vice versa, please send a request to Bcame in the manner indicated in paragraph 10 below.
Bcame informs that, following the exercise of the right to object to the sending of promotional communications via Email, it is possible that, for technical and operational reasons (e.g. formation of contact lists already completed shortly before the receipt by the Partner of the request for objection) the User continues to receive some additional promotional messages. Should the User continue to receive promotional messages after 24 hours have elapsed since the exercise of the right to object, please report the problem, using the contacts indicated in paragraph 10 below.
D.Exclusively subject to your free, specific and distinct consent (ex art. 7 GDPR), allow the Controller to process your data to suggest features, products and services that may be of interest to you, to identify your preferences and personalize your experience, to show you advertising defined according to your interests in relation to features, products and services that may be of interest to you; also, again subject to your free, specific and distinct consent (ex art. 7 GDPR), allow the Controller.
Subject to your free, specific and distinct consent, allow the Data Controller the analysis and processing of information aimed at the creation of homogeneous groups by tastes and behaviors - so-called 'profiles' - functional to arrive at the identification of the individual user, or more often of a group of users, or of the terminal from which they connect, in order to offer, personalized, additional or related goods or services. In the event of non-consent, the ability to subscribe to the Site and/or perform acquisitions through the Site will not be affected in any way. In case of consent, the User may at any time revoke the same, by making a request to Bcame in the manner indicated in paragraph 10 below.
3. METHODS OF PROCESSING
The processing of your Data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in Article 4 No. 2) GDPR and namely: collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, deletion or destruction of Data.
Your Data are subject to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing.
The Data acquired shall be processed in full compliance with the law, as well as with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, non-excessiveness and protection of your confidentiality and rights. The processing of Data of minor subjects is not envisaged. At the request of Users, the Owner will promptly delete all personal data involuntarily collected relating to subjects under 18 years of age.
4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Data Holders will retain Data in compliance with local laws and internal company policies and procedures for as long as necessary for the purpose of fulfilling the above purposes and to satisfy its legitimate business interests, legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights. Once the need to retain the Data for said purposes is exhausted, the Data will be securely deleted.
In particular:
- Data collected for marketing purposes are retained until the service is terminated or the user exercises objection by unsubscribing.
- Data collected for the purpose of profiling for marketing purposes are retained until the user's request for discontinuation and in any case within 2 years of the user's last interaction of any kind with Bcame s.r.l.
- Data collected for the purpose of providing the newsletter service are retained until the service is discontinued or the user exercises opposition by unsubscribing
- Data collected for the purpose of managing registered User services are retained until the service is terminated or the user exercises objection by unsubscribing.
In all other cases, Users' personal data will be retained for as long as is strictly necessary to fulfill the primary purposes illustrated or, in any case, as necessary for the protection in civil law of the interests of both Users and the Data Controller.
5. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The processing of the aforementioned Data is necessary to enable you to navigate the site and to follow up on your requests Where necessary, for specific purposes, express user consent will be collected.
The processing of Data for marketing purposes is permissible in relation to the free movement of data as provided for in the GDPR and may take the form of activities aimed at satisfying the legitimate business interests of the Data Controller, including any business development activities (e.g. marketing, customer satisfaction, etc.) carried out by the latter.
6. DATA COMMUNICATION, DISSEMINATION AND ACCESS
Your Data may be made accessible for the purposes described above:
- to employees and collaborators of the Controllers in Italy and abroad, in their capacity as internal data processors and/or sub-processors/processors and/or system administrators;
- to other third-party companies or other entities (professional firms, consultants, etc.) that carry out outsourcing activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as external data processors, including suppliers or entities appointed to perform services ancillary or instrumental to the purposes indicated above, with which the Data Controller enters into appropriate agreements.
The Owner also reserves the right to share personal data with certain third parties, including: IT providers for purposes of systems development and technical assistance; auditors and consultants to ascertain compliance with external and internal requirements; certifying bodies; legal entities, law enforcement agencies and parties in accordance with legal disclosure obligations or claims; any successors or business partners of the Holders or a company in the Holders' group in the event of a sale, transfer or other extraordinary transaction; police, armed forces and other public administrations, for the fulfillment of obligations under the law, regulations or EU legislation.
In the event that said entities are established in non-EU countries, the Data Controller ensures that the transfer of the Data outside the EU will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.Users have the right to obtain a list of any data processors appointed respectively by each Data Controller, by making a request to the Data Controller concerned in the manner indicated in paragraph 10 below.
7. DATA TRANSFER
The Data will be stored on servers located within the European Union. It is in any case understood that the Data Controller, should it become necessary, has the right to share the Data also with other companies and/or to transfer the Data also to other non-EU areas; in this case, the Data Controller assures as of now that the transfer of the Data outside the EU will take place in compliance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.
The Data Controller will apply to the aforementioned transfers all necessary protections under applicable privacy laws.
8. NATURE OF DATA PROVISION AND CONSEQUENCES
Providing Data for the purposes set forth in Article 2 "A." is optional but necessary to visit and access the various features of the Site and allow proper navigation.
The provision of Data for the purposes set forth in Article 2 "B." is likewise optional but necessary to enable Bcame s.r.l. to fulfill your requests.
The provision of Data for the purpose referred to in Article 2 "C." is optional but not necessary in order to visit and access the various features of the Site. You may therefore decide not to provide any Data or to subsequently deny the possibility of processing Data already provided: in this case, you will not be able to receive the requested information, newsletters, commercial communications and advertising material inherent to the services offered by the Data Controller.
The provision of Data for the purpose referred to in Article 2 "D." is optional but not necessary in order to visit and access the various features of the Site. You may, therefore, decide not to provide any Data or later deny the possibility of processing Data already provided.
9. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
In your capacity as a data subject, you have the rights set forth in Articles 13(2)(b), (c) and (d), 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 21 GDPR, namely, the rights to:
- obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of Data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form;
- Obtain the indication of: a) the origin of the Data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identification details of the relevant Data Controller, Data Protection Officer, data processors and designated representative pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 1, GDPR; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the Data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representative in the territory of the State and data processors;
- obtain: a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of the Data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of personal data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected;
- object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of Data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; b) to the processing of Data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated calling systems without the intervention of an operator by Email and/or through traditional marketing methods by telephone and/or paper mail. It should be noted that the data subject's right to object, set out in point b) above, for direct marketing purposes through automated modalities extends to traditional ones and that, in any case, the possibility for the data subject to exercise the right to object even partially remains unaffected. Therefore, the data subject may decide to receive only communications by traditional means or only automated communications or neither type of communication;
- where applicable, also has the rights under Articles 16 - 21 GDPR (Right to rectification, right to be forgotten, right to restrict processing, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to complain to the Data Protection Authority;
- Revoke at any time any consent that may have been given.
10. MODE OF DATA EXERCISE
You may at any time exercise your rights or make a request in the following ways:

- By sending an Email to info@bcame.it or a PEC to: amministrazione@pec.bcame.it;
Bcame s.r.l. will comply with the requests of the Users related to the treatments referred to in paragraph 2 points A. and B and point C. and D.
